Bates College International Student Financial Aid (BISAFA)

Verified·Official source checked
Bates College🇺🇸 United StatesDeadline: 10 January 2027, 00:00

Bates meets the full demonstrated financial need of every admitted student, regardless of citizenship, for all four years — one of the most generous international aid programs in the United States. Awards for non-U.S. citizens contain no loans: qualifying students receive a grant that does not need to be repaid plus on-campus employment (up to 20 hours per week during the academic year). International applicants must indicate intent to apply for aid on the admission application and submit the Bates International Student Application for Financial Aid (BISAFA) through the application portal; aid requests made after admission are not considered.
