1) Submit the paper application to the teaching college by the round's deadline (2024-11-08 in the 2024 cycle): completed UIBE Beijing Scholarship review form, transcripts for the previous academic year, a personal statement, copies of any awards, accurate Chinese bank details (card number, account holder and branch) and, if the award is collected by proxy, an authorisation letter with both passports. 2) The teaching college makes the first review and sends its sealed recommendation list to the International Education College degree-education office (by 2024-11-13 in that cycle). 3) The international-student award committee confirms the winners and the list is posted for five calendar days for objections, after which the college's joint party-government meeting finalises it for university approval.
