Bilkent University Scholarships for International Students

Bilkent University offers partial or full tuition waiver scholarships to qualified international applicants, awarded at five levels ranging from 20% to 100% in increments of 20%. A limited number of top students on full tuition waiver may also receive accommodation scholarships. Students must maintain a minimum Annual-GPA of 2.00/4.00 and take at least the minimum course load each semester to keep their scholarship. At the end of each academic year, top-performing international students (top 5% of non-scholarship students, GPA 3.30+) can be promoted to a merit scholarship covering 20%–100% of tuition depending on rank.
