Not eligible: students starting a second program at Centennial; those who already received an Entrance, Loyalty or Mobility scholarship (only one type of scholarship); new ELL students (must be starting the main academic program); students exempt from international tuition fees (e.g. protected persons or dependents of Canadian citizens/permanent residents); students who deferred their start with $2,000+ in their account without a Study Permit application.
