East Tennessee State University (ETSU)🇺🇸 United StatesDeadline: Deadline not published

ETSU's International Merit Scholarships reward new degree-seeking international students automatically at admission: undergraduates receive $5,000–$9,000 per year by GPA tier (Blue/Gold/Elite) and graduate students receive $5,000 (master's) or $9,000 (doctoral) per year. Awards help cover out-of-state tuition, cannot be combined with other out-of-state tuition waivers, and require full-time enrollment with a 2.75 cumulative GPA (3.0 for graduate students). Ineligible: second-bachelor's applicants whose prior degree is from ETSU, students paying in-state or E-Rate tuition, and M.D./PharmD. applicants.
