Johns Hopkins University International Financial Aid (Need-Based & Merit)

Verified·Official source checked
Johns Hopkins University🇺🇸 United StatesDeadline: Deadline not published

Johns Hopkins offers limited need-based and merit assistance to international citizens. For all international citizens the university promises to meet 100% of a family's demonstrated need — the difference between the total cost of attendance and what a family can pay — without any loans. Admissions is need-aware for international students (about 10% of international students receive aid), and all applicants are automatically considered for the small number of merit scholarships regardless of citizenship. International applicants must indicate their aid intent on the admissions application and submit the CSS Profile plus the Certification of Finances (COF); a free JHU International Student Financial Aid Application is available as a CSS alternative. Students who do not apply for aid as first-year applicants cannot apply later, and international transfer students are not eligible.
