Academic Requirements

  • At TU Delft a number of scholarships are available for excellent international applicants, financed by the legacy of Justus and Louise van Effen. Number of scholarships: 2 per faculty. Eligibility: you are an excellent international applicant (conditionally) admitted to one of the 2-year regular TU Delft MSc programmes (not an International Joint Education Programme). Not eligible: TU Delft bachelor’s students, international applicants whose bachelor’s degree is from a Dutch university, or students who have already started their MSc at TU Delft. Students must have achieved excellent academic results in relevant previous study; as an indication, the student is amongst the top 10% of graduates. Full tuition fees per year for a TU Delft MSc programme based on the statutory fee or institutional rate, according to the registered nationality, AND a contribution for living expenses. Application deadline 1 December 2026 (23:59 CET); recipients informed by the end of March 2027.
