Administered by UIC's Office of International Services and funded by the estate of Professor Laurette Kirstein (founder of the OIS), this scholarship supports currently enrolled international students with a student account credit for tuition, books, and living expenses. It recognizes academic excellence, resilience, and demonstrated commitment to using their skills to create a better world.
