The Office of Admissions at Washington University School of Medicine considers all applicants — citizens and non-citizens alike — for merit-based tuition scholarships upon acceptance into the MD program. Admission decisions are made on academic and personal merit, not ability to pay. Non-citizens without US permanent residency (including DACA students) are not eligible for need-based financial aid, and must document the full cost of education for visa purposes.
