JCU Merit Scholarship (International)
Open to all fields
The NUS International Undergraduate Scholarship supports exceptional international students from all countries (except Singapore) with outstanding achievements. It covers 100% of subsidised tuition fees (after the MOE Tuition Grant, which recipients must take up), an S$5,800 annual living allowance, an S$5,000 annual accommodation allowance and an S$1,750 one-time computer allowance upon enrolment. Candidates are considered and shortlisted through their application for undergraduate admission to NUS; there is no separate scholarship application. Selection interviews run from January to July with outcomes communicated by mid-July. While there is no bond attached to the scholarship, recipients who take up the MOE Tuition Grant are bonded to work for a Singapore-registered company for three years after graduation.
