Seoul National University's Graduate Scholarship for Excellent Foreign Students (GSFS) covers full tuition for up to four semesters and pays a living allowance of at least KRW 500,000 a month, with the amount varying by major, to roughly 20 recipients. Applicants must be non-Korean, come from an eligible country and be admitted to a college or school taking part in GSFS. There is no separate scholarship deadline: candidates tick the "Application for Scholarship" box in the online admission application, and the college selects from the admission documents. The eligible-country and participating-college lists change every semester, so SNU points applicants to the scholarship finder run by its Office of Global Affairs.

Apply Safely:Applications are processed on the official provider website, not on Scholarships Atlas. Only apply through the official source linked above.
