  • Be a resident of Huadu, Guangzhou or Hong Kong, China; * Meet all academic and English language proficiency requirements for admission to the University of Winnipeg as an International Student and be eligible to enter Canada with a valid study permit; * Have not studied at any other post-secondary institution; * Have a minimum 70% grade average (or equivalent) from qualifying Level 3 high school courses used for admission (grade average is competitive); and * Provide evidence of exceptional leadership qualities and potential to make a positive impact on their community and the world following studies at the University of Winnipeg.
