  • Non-Chinese citizens in good health with a valid foreign passport; master's applicants hold a bachelor's degree (under 35), doctoral applicants hold a master's degree (under 40); TOEFL iBT 80+/IELTS Academic 6.5+/Duolingo 110+ for English-taught, HSK Level 5 (180+) for Chinese-taught; three-stage process: SUFE program application (Nov 16, 2025 – Feb 28, 2026, fee CNY 830/1660), Conditional Offer then CSC application with Type B and Agency No. 10272 in late March, SUFE nomination to CSC; results late June/July.
